For anyone travelling to Headley from Thornton - due to icy roads it is recommended that you travel up Thornton Road B6145 to traffic lights, turn left onto Brighouse & Denholme Road A644, take the first left onto Cragg lane and continue along - it becomes Squirrel Lane then Malt Kiln Lane. With the golf course on your left and as the road bends sharply right take the left turn down Headley Lane to the Golf Club carpark on left.
